Sales Executive

Recruit4staff is proud to be representing their client, a leading financial services company, in their search for a Business Development Manager to work regionally from a remote location.
- Salary £45,000 - £50,000 P/Annum + OTE (Uncapped)
- Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:00
- Permanent
- Company-funded social events, trips away, Pension, Annual leave including bank holidays, Hybrid working, charity paid days, remote working
The Role of the Business Development Manager;
- Responsible for contacting agencies and contractors to promote financial services for payroll, accounting, and taxing
- Liaise closely with recruitment agencies, contractors, and self-employed individuals for the continuation of financial services from inception to business setup
- Nurture existing clientele and build sales from current contacts and companies
What our client is looking for in a Business Development Manager;
- Previous experience working in a business development role promoting to c-suite and senior executive level contacts - ESSENTIAL
- Experience working within recruitment agency, payroll services, or financial services as a sales professional - ESSENTIAL
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Able to travel regionally to visit clients
- Leadership skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to promote financial services to clients
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
- Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to secure new clients
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in business development and sales
- Strong understanding of financial services and industry trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
