Key Responsibilities as an Assistant Manager:

  • Assist in the implementation of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), including overseeing planning and documentation.
  • Foster and facilitate partnerships with parents, caregivers, and families.
  • Support the development and maintenance of strong working relationships with local authority departments, regulatory bodies, and other relevant agencies.
  • Stay informed about current trends and developments in early years policies and practices.
