About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Operations Specialist to join our rapidly growing Operations team at Octopus Energy. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer journeys from contracting to car delivery and after, escalating issues where necessary.
  • Work closely with colleagues in the customer experience team and across other parts of the business to ensure seamless customer interactions.
  • Feedback on current service processes and systems, proposing changes where necessary.
  • Problem solve to ensure a smooth transition for customers, removing any blockers that arise.
  • Contribute to planning for growth in terms of customers and the team, getting stuck in where necessary to drive this forward.
