About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Operations Specialist to join our team at Octopus Energy. As a key member of our Operations team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer journeys from contracting to car delivery and after, escalating issues where necessary.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless customer interactions and identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Develop and implement solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the Operations team, including planning for future expansion and identifying areas for improvement.
