We are looking for a committed Project Support Coordinator to become a vital part of our Projects team at Eligo Recruitment Ltd.
As a collaborative team member, you will engage closely with colleagues in the Projects department, delivering crucial administrative assistance, which includes the creation of high-quality documentation with precision.
Your main responsibility will be to assist Project Managers under the guidance of the Projects Team Leader.Responsibilities of a
Project Support Coordinator:
Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to Project Managers and the Department Head throughout the project lifecycle.
Schedule meetings with clients and stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
Oversee project completion with precise invoicing and Operations & Maintenance Manuals.
Track the progress of individual installation projects using Excel documentation.
