About the Role:

  • Procurement and Inventory Management: Manage site and office purchasing, stock, and invoice matching to ensure efficient inventory control.
  • Delivery Scheduling and Stock Monitoring: Coordinate site delivery scheduling and monitor stock levels to meet customer demands.
  • New Customer Onboarding: Process new customer information and minor pre-qualification questionnaires (PQQs) to facilitate smooth onboarding.
  • Customer Invoicing: Prepare and send customer invoices in a timely manner.
  • Compliance and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of suppliers, subcontractors, and equipment to ensure compliance and facilitate invoice sign-off.
  • Customer Satisfaction and Complaints: Administer customer satisfaction (NPS) and complaints registers to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Job File Maintenance and Archiving: Organize and maintain job files and archives to ensure easy access to project information.
  • Documentation Preparation: Prepare documentation for handover and certification, as well as quote documentation for approval.
  • Health and Safety Documentation: Prepare health and safety documentation for approval to ensure compliance.
  • Credit Card Reconciliation: Reconcile credit card transactions to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Support to Contract Coordinators: Provide support to Contract Coordinators with routine tasks and 'pinch points'.
  • Support to Sales Team: Assist the sales team with initial customer enquiries.
