Varonis seeks a driven Director of Customer Success to lead our EMEA team and champion customer success across the region.

This is a high-visibility role requiring exceptional relationship management skills and technical expertise. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that empower customers to achieve their desired business outcomes with Varonis solutions.

Your Impact:

  • Cultivate a compelling vision for customer success within EMEA, encompassing both operational and strategic objectives.
  • Build, mentor, and guide a team of Customer Success Managers (CSMs) and CS Managers, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Forge strong partnerships with regional Sales leadership, ensuring seamless alignment between Sales and Customer Success efforts to drive retention and growth.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of the customer lifecycle, implementing strategies to enhance engagement and maximize impact throughout their journey with Varonis.
  • Develop deep relationships with key stakeholders within our EMEA customer base, providing support and guidance to CSMs managing complex accounts.
  • Collaborate effectively with leaders across Services, Sales, Engineering, and Product teams to ensure a unified and customer-centric approach.

Your Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in customer-facing roles within service organizations, with at least 5 years in management positions.
  • Proven success in customer success and retention strategies, ideally with experience in a CSM role.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large teams, including first-line managers.
  • Extensive experience navigating multiple European markets, including France and the UK.
  • A willingness to travel within Europe as needed.
  • Strong operational background with a proven track record of defining and leveraging business metrics to drive team performance.
  • A history of exceeding expectations and delivering exceptional results.
  • Creative leadership skills with the ability to develop, articulate, and execute a compelling vision aligned with both company and team objectives.
  • Exceptional executive-level communication and presentation skills.
  • Prior experience in software delivery is essential; experience within the security sector is highly advantageous.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in French and German is a plus.
