Position Overview

Central Recruitment Services Ltd is seeking dedicated individuals for the role of Evening Care Assistant to support young individuals in various settings across London.

Role Responsibilities

The successful candidates will be engaged in providing essential support to young people facing complex challenges, including issues related to homelessness, mental health, and substance misuse.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering day-to-day assistance that aligns with the objectives of the project.
  • Ensuring the safety and well-being of residents.
  • Implementing support strategies within a framework focused on harm reduction and personal development.
Candidate Requirements

We are looking for individuals who possess:

  • A minimum of 12 months of paid experience in a frontline social care role within the last three years.
  • A fully enhanced DBS check registered on the DBS update service, or a willingness to obtain one through our agency.
Compensation

The role offers a competitive rate of £17 per hour (including holiday pay).

Availability

Candidates must be available for at least two shifts per week, covering a flexible schedule across seven days.
