The Role of the SEN Educator:
We are in search of a passionate and committed Special Educational Needs Primary Educator to become a part of their dynamic team.

This is a full-time role, operating from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM, providing a long-term opportunity with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent position.

You will be instrumental in executing customized educational plans and nurturing a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with the Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO) and other support personnel.
  • Cultivate a supportive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages both academic and personal development.
  • Employ a variety of teaching methodologies to effectively manage behavior and support students' emotional health.
  • Collaborate closely with parents, guardians, and external professionals to ensure comprehensive support for each child.
  • Evaluate and track students' progress, adjusting teaching strategies as needed to achieve desired educational outcomes.
Qualifications:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching credential.
