About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy General Manager to join our team at Barchester Healthcare Ltd. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the General Manager in the delivery of care services
  • Take on leadership duties in the absence of the General Manager
  • Lead a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible quality of life for residents
  • Monitor standards through regular audits and clinical practice
  • Develop and deliver strategies to achieve goals
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a Registered Nurse (RN/RMN) with current NMC registration and a teaching/mentoring/supervision qualification. You will also need experience in helping residents with different health needs, as well as a successful track record of managing safeguarding investigations and clinical risk assessments.
