Main Responsibilities:
  • Communicate effectively with Logistics Management/Supervisors and Site Security to ensure accurate and timely arrival of Inbound/Outbound consignments.
  • Provide accurate and timely provision of components to Production and supporting departments.
  • Pick materials to support Customer Orders.
  • Maintain accurate stock movements using WMS.
  • Load Outbound Product destined to our Customers/Suppliers.
  • Occasionally transport products to off-site storage facilities.
  • Process recyclable materials.
  • Operate at the highest level of Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental performance.
  • Maintain a high standard of housekeeping both internally and externally.
  • Perform other Logistics-related tasks as requested by Management/Supervision.
Requirements:
  • Good communication skills to work with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience in Logistics Operations in a fast-moving goods operation with experience of Warehouse Management Systems.
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team to maximize the challenges this position offers.
  • Proactive and innovative approach to supporting the team and a natural desire to contribute to continuous improvement within the team.
  • Willingness to work overtime when required.
Essential Skills:
  • Knowledge of Logistics Operations and associated supporting activities.
  • Current Fork Lift Truck license would be advantageous.
  • Clean Driving License.
Desirable Skills:
  • MRP Experience.
