Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Facilities Team Leader to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient processing and supply of Inbound Materials to our Production facility as well as processing end product to our customers.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Logistics Coordination: Communicate effectively with Logistics Management/Supervisors and Site Security to ensure accurate and timely arrival of Inbound/Outbound consignments.
  2. Inventory Management: Accurately and timely provision of components to Production and supporting departments.
  3. Picking and Loading: Picking of materials to support Customer Orders and loading of Outbound Product destined to our Customers/Suppliers.
  4. Stock Management: Maintaining accurate stock movements using Warehouse Management Systems.
  5. Transportation: Occasional transport of products to off-site storage facilities.
  6. Recycling: Processing of recyclable materials.
  7. Health, Safety, and Quality: Operating at the highest level of Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental performance.
  8. Housekeeping: Maintaining a very high standard of housekeeping both Internally and externally.
  9. Additional Tasks: Other Logistics-related tasks as requested by Management/Supervision.
Requirements:
  1. Communication Skills: Good communication skills to work with both internal and external stakeholders.
  2. Logistics Experience: Candidates would ideally need to have experience in Logistics Operations in a fast-moving goods operation with experience of Warehouse Management Systems.
  3. Teamwork: Possess the ability to work individually and as part of a team to maximize the challenges this position offers.
  4. Proactivity: Show a proactive and innovative approach to supporting the team and have a natural desire to contribute to continuous improvement within the team.
  5. Flexibility: Be willing to work overtime when required.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Logistics Knowledge: Knowledge of Logistics Operations and associated supporting activities.
  2. Forklift License: Current Fork Lift Truck license would be advantageous.
  3. Clean Driving License: Clean Driving License.
Desirable Skills and Qualifications:
  1. MRP Experience: MRP Experience.
