About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and inspirational leader to join our team as Chief Executive. As the head of our organization, you will be responsible for driving our strategic ambitions and making a lasting impact on cancer communities across Wales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement our strategic plan to drive our mission forward
  • Lead and inspire our team to deliver exceptional results
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our stakeholders, including the Board, donors, and partners
  • Oversee our operations and ensure we are delivering high-quality services to those affected by cancer
  • Represent our organization at a national and international level

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Significant experience in a senior leadership position, preferably in the charity sector
  • Proven track record of driving strategic change and delivering results
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Passion for our mission and values, with a commitment to making a difference in the lives of those affected by cancer
