About the Role

We are seeking a Product Marketing Executive to play a crucial role in shaping the success of our products in the market. As a key member of our cross-functional team, you will work closely with product development, sales, and marketing to develop and execute product marketing strategies that drive demand, increase market share, and maximize product adoption.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market intelligence: Support the evidence and presentation of buyer's needs, including who they are, how they buy, and their key buying criteria.
  • Competitive landscape: Become an expert on our competition and how they are positioned.
  • Product positioning and messaging: Collaborate with product management and campaign marketing teams to develop product positioning and messaging that resonate with our target buyer personas.
  • Buyer's process: Understand and document our buyer's process, including where they get information, and the who, what, when, and why behind the decisions they make.
  • Go-to-market plans: Support go-to-market plans for our products, working closely with campaign marketing teams.
  • Marketing program effectiveness: Use data to assess the effectiveness of marketing programs that support products on an ongoing basis and report back to the business on required changes.
  • Communications and messages: Help develop communications and messages for product releases of existing products.
  • Research and writing: Input research and writing into blogs and thought leadership.
  • ROI and effectiveness: Track ROI and effectiveness of marketing activity in relation to products.
  • Go-to-market strategies and toolkits: Help develop go-to-market strategies and toolkits, including internal launch and comms for use by local teams.
  • Sales enablement: Support sales enablement, ensuring the value proposition of our products is effectively shared with sales enablement and the sales team.
  • Demand generation: Support the development of marketing programs that drive demand for our products.

Requirements
  • Excellent communicator (listening, writing, and speaking).
  • Preferred but not essential: Health and Care market experience in a similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • 2 years' experience in product marketing, preferably in the technology or software industry.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative thinker with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., CRM, analytics, content management).
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing is a plus.
