Job Title: Client Services Coordinator
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Services Coordinator to join our team at Food Alert. As a key member of our Client Services Team, you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Client Services Team, Finance Team, and Operations Manager.
- Track, collate, record, and authenticate key company data, invoices, and client information.
- Investigate pay discrepancies with the Planning and Finance Team.
- Support the Operations Manager and Senior Client Services Director with client contract queries and gathering key information.
- Support the Senior Management Team with administrative tasks relating to Associate Consultants.
- Answer telephones in a professional and friendly manner, dealing with client or customer enquiries.
- Meet and greet guests and visitors to the Food Alert offices.
- Co-ordinate post-audit administrative activities and liaise with Account Managers and Clients.
- Assist with the generation of management information reports for clients.
- Distribute audit reports to clients.
- Order office stationery and other supplies.
Person Specification:
- Ability to build relationships (internally and with clients).
- Good interpersonal skills and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
- Willingness to learn and develop.
