  • Ensuring the integrity and security of forensic exhibits throughout the process.
  • Managing multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Serving as a professional witness in court proceedings.
  • Supporting the Audio-Visual accreditation lead in maintaining technical procedures and validating forensic methods.
  • Promoting a culture of compliance with FSR codes of practice and continuous improvement.
  • Communicating effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Performing additional duties as required by the role.

  • Ability to analyze audio and video recordings and report findings accurately.
  • Capability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience in achieving ISO 17025 accreditation for Audio-Visual forensics, including maintaining records and developing standard operating procedures.

Additional Requirements:

  • Possession of a valid UK Driving Licence for official duties.
  • This position requires National Security Vetting to Security Check (SC) level clearance.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Experience in quality management systems, including the creation of Documented Technical Procedures and conducting internal audits.
  • Background in operational search and seizure, particularly in audio-visual forensics.
  • Relevant degree or qualifications in fields such as computer science, forensics, or digital imaging.
  • Advanced LEVA qualifications (Level 3 & 4).
  • Prior experience in a law enforcement or legal context.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
