Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our team at Hanwha Vision Europe. As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the sales team by managing the total stock at the warehouse and maintaining a smooth flow of inbound and outbound deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional support to the sales team by managing stock levels, processing orders, and ensuring timely delivery of products.
  • Collaborate with the warehouse team to optimize inventory management, streamline logistics, and improve overall operational efficiency.
  • Manage the rework process for sales and domestic orders, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and shipments.
  • Effectively handle customs queries for all inbound deliveries, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee the creation and sending of ASN (Advance Shipping Notices) to the warehouse, ensuring accurate and timely communication.
  • Monitor and report on daily stock levels, backorders, and any stock-related issues, providing insights to improve inventory management.
  • Manage the LE (Logistics Execution) and MM (Material Management) modules on SAP and ERP systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with key contacts, both internal and external, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Plan and manage workloads to meet company SLAs, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
  • Perform daily filing and general office housekeeping tasks to maintain a organized and efficient work environment.
  • Align with company values, including passion, integrity, honesty, and respect, to ensure a positive and productive work culture.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in an administration function, preferably in the security industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meeting tight deadlines and schedules, to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • SAP experience is desirable, but not required.
  • A-Level standard education or equivalent, with intermediate and advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel.
  • Clean driving license, with Korean and English language proficiency essential, and European language desirable.
