Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Operations Specialist at Hanwha Vision Europe. This role will be responsible for managing the total stock at the warehouse, maintaining a good flow of inbound and outbound deliveries, and operating the month-end process to ensure sales targets are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Stock Management: Provide a high level of support to the sales team by managing stock discrepancies, inbound and outbound deliveries, and maintaining accurate stock levels.
  • Rework Process: Manage the rework process for sales and domestic orders, ensuring timely shipment and accurate invoicing.
  • Customs and Logistics: Effectively handle all customs queries for inbound deliveries, create and send ASN to the warehouse, and oversee all inbound deliveries into and out of the warehouse.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Report daily on inbound stock from HQ, back orders, and any stock issues, and provide accurate and timely reporting on dispatching anomalies.
  • System Management: Manage the LE and MM modules on SAP and ERP systems, and request and maintain system changes and updates as needed.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Build and maintain professional relationships with key contacts, both internal and external, and effectively communicate with the warehouse team to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in an administration function, preferably in the CCTV industry.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely on all levels, both verbally and electronically.
  • Ability to work within tight deadlines and schedules.
  • SAP experience is desirable.
  • A-Level standard education or equivalent.
  • Intermediate and Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel.
  • Clean driving license.
  • Korean and English language essential, European language desirable.
