Operational and Clinical Lead for Adult Speech and Language Team

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Speech and Language Therapist to join our team as an Operational and Clinical Lead for the Adult Speech and Language Team. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as a deep understanding of the complexities of adult speech and language therapy.
Key Responsibilities- Operational Management: The successful candidate will be responsible for the operational management of the Adult SLT team, ensuring that services are delivered efficiently and effectively.
- Clinical Leadership: The candidate will provide clinical leadership and guidance to the team, ensuring that high-quality care is delivered to patients.
- Service Development: The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing service plans, ensuring that they are aligned with the strategic direction of the organization.
- Financial Management: The candidate will be responsible for managing the team's budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively.
