About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Band 6 Acute Adult Dysphagia Speech and Language Therapist to join our team in a locum opportunity. The successful candidate will have postgraduate experience working with acute adult dysphagia patients and will be able to provide exceptional care and support to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work as a member of an experienced and highly motivated team in a dynamic and supportive environment
  • Provide high-quality care and support to patients with acute adult dysphagia
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans to meet the needs of patients
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes
Requirements
  • HCPC-approved degree in Speech and Language Therapy
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Valid HCPC registration
  • Dysphagia training and competencies completed
  • NQP (Newly Qualified Practitioner) competencies completed
  • Postgraduate experience working with dysphagia patients
