About the Role

Tate is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Customer Service Administrator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients.

Main Responsibilities

  • Support partnership working with external organizations, maintaining links, and facilitating joint efforts.
  • Provide administrative support and assist in delivering specialist projects, data provision, information gathering, and system updates.
  • Undertake financial accounting and processing activities, ensuring accurate and effective financial record-keeping.
  • Monitor and maintain systems.
  • Control, amend, maintain, and review various manual and computerised records, data, and filing systems to ensure customer information is accurate and current.
  • Carry out clerical support functions, including letter writing, arranging appointments/meetings, and producing reports.
  • Maintain the daily rota for team members and arrange cover for sickness and annual leave.
  • Ensure stock levels for equipment and supplies are maintained, and faulty equipment is collected. Undertake routine safety checks on equipment.
  • Build effective relationships with team members to ensure the delivery of key projects and objectives.

Requirements

  • Customer Service experience, with a focus on communication and problem-solving.
  • Administration experience, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Experience dealing with external agencies, other internal departments, and different areas of the business.
  • GCSE's in Maths and English.
