About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Welcome Team as a Service Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our visitors receive a warm and welcoming experience at Birling Gap and the Seven Sisters.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to visitors, responding to their queries and concerns in a professional and friendly manner.
- Work collaboratively with the Welcome Manager and other team members to maintain high standards of customer service and site maintenance.
- Operate outdoors, supporting the maintenance of the site and its facilities, including the provision of information and orientation to visitors.
- Promote events, offers, and products, as well as the benefits of supporting the National Trust.
- Support the delivery of events throughout the year, working closely with the events team to ensure a seamless experience for visitors.
