About the Role:

We are seeking an ambitious and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Global Assistant Brand Manager for No7 Beauty Company, a leading player in the global beauty landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of strategic projects, working closely with agency partners to deliver best-in-class digital assets.
  • Own and champion social-first content development, leveraging expertise to deliver engaging social media assets.
  • Support the brand's digital acceleration by delivering high-quality digital assets across No7 brand and retailer websites.
  • Build strong relationships across the business and act as a key point of contact for agency partners, local marketing teams, and other key stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Highly enthusiastic and passionate about skincare and cosmetics.
  • Experience creating digital assets and a flair for creating beautiful content.
  • Knowledge of brand strategy and consumer insights.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
