Job Title: Advanced Neonatal Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Advanced Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Transformation Unit. As a key member of our neonatal unit, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our clinical services.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will have a strong background in neonatal nursing and a Master's degree in Neonatology. You will be responsible for assessing, planning, and delivering care to premature and sick babies, as well as providing guidance and support to parents and carers. You will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care and excellent patient outcomes.

Main Responsibilities
  • Assess and plan care for premature and sick babies, including developing and implementing individualized care plans
  • Deliver high-quality patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and providing emotional support to patients and families
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care and excellent patient outcomes
  • Provide guidance and support to parents and carers, including education and counseling
  • Contribute to the development of our clinical services, including participating in quality improvement initiatives and providing feedback to the team
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Neonatology
  • Advanced Neonatal Nurse Practitioner qualification
  • Experience working in a neonatal unit, preferably in a tertiary care setting
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of neonatal care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
