Creating a positive first impression is essential. We are looking for an individual who can effectively welcome our members and visitors to the facility. It is important that you possess both confidence and empathy to deliver outstanding customer service to a diverse range of individuals.

As a Guest Services Associate at our Milton Keynes Fitness and Wellbeing Club, you will utilize your excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone. You should be adaptable, driven, and demonstrate a proactive approach. Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with Word and Excel, is also required.

As a member of the Guest Services Team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring the efficient operation of our reception and café areas.
  • Helping to foster a welcoming, relaxing, and professional atmosphere.
  • Delivering exceptional and prompt customer service to all visitors of our facility.
  • Providing a warm reception, addressing inquiries in a considerate and helpful manner, ensuring every individual feels appreciated.
  • Assisting the clinical team by professionally welcoming clinical appointments to help maintain a high standard of service.
