We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Partner to join our team. As a key member of our People Team, you will play a critical role in shaping our recruitment strategy and ensuring that we attract and retain the best talent in the industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver end-to-end recruitment campaigns using a range of channels to reach diverse audiences.
- Work closely with our Business Partners to understand current and future recruitment needs.
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with local and national talent trends, and share your knowledge with colleagues and hiring managers.
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience, from initial application to onboarding.
- Build and maintain talent pools, and directly approach prospective candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Deliver recruitment services within agreed service level agreements, and provide excellent customer service to hiring managers and candidates.
- Offer creative advice and guidance on job adverts, social media content, interview approaches, and inclusive hiring practices.
- Work closely with our Administrators to ensure seamless recruitment processes.
- Manage the offer process, working within salary pay bands and policies.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, using data and market intelligence to influence managers and design effective recruitment campaigns.
- Promote TPR as an employer of choice to build talent pools and support our commitment to continuous improvement.
Person Specification
- Proven experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including job adverts, sourcing candidates, screening applications, and managing offers.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong professional relationships and provide expert advice and guidance.
- Demonstrable commitment to diversity, inclusion, and equal opportunities.
- Positive attitude to change and transformation, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse management community and provide support to other functions in the People Team.
- Understanding of recruitment reporting, data, and insights.
