Key Responsibilities:
- Secure and maintain existing clients through effective communication and relationship-building
- Prospect new potential customers and qualify leads through outbound calls and sales efforts
- Negotiate sales contracts and book appointments to visit customers
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar or relatable Sales/Business Development role, ideally gained within a B2B environment or experience gained in a proactive sales environment such as telesales
- Confident communication skills, with an outgoing personality and an eagerness to succeed in a dynamic and progressive business development culture
- Results-driven with enthusiasm to exceed targets
- Excellent computer skills, with the ability to manipulate data on Excel spreadsheets
- Strong numeracy and literacy skills
