Supervisor - Customer Experience

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Seasonal Supervisor to join our team at Lush Southampton. As a Seasonal Supervisor, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service, leading the sales team, and maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and motivate the sales team to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Provide coaching, feedback, and encouragement to team members to improve their product knowledge and sales skills.
- Maintain a clean, visually appealing, and well-organized shop floor and back of house.
- Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Organize and contribute to in-store events, customer celebrations, and external outreach to enhance the customer experience.
- Provide training, feedback, and development for team members to improve their skills and foster a collaborative environment.
- Lead the store effectively in the absence of the Store Manager and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Excellent customer service skills and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
