This position offers flexible working arrangements from our Ipswich office, allowing a combination of in-office (minimum of 3 days per week) and remote work, with the flexibility to modify start and finish times.

The role is a full-time, fixed-term contract for a duration of 12 months.

This opportunity is ideal for individuals with a mix of in-house recruitment and agency experience. While experience in engineering recruitment is advantageous, we encourage applications from candidates who share our enthusiasm for providing an exceptional recruitment experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and promoting compelling internal and external job postings based on role specifications.
  • Utilizing various methods and tools to directly source candidates, creating a shortlist for hiring managers.
  • Conducting effective telephone interviews with prospective candidates and providing clear recommendations to hiring managers.
  • Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the application process.
  • Supporting hiring managers throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date systems and data.

To excel in this role:

  • You should have a passion for talent acquisition, prioritizing candidate experience in all aspects of the recruitment process.
  • You must be skilled in building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and adept at sourcing and engaging a proactive talent pipeline.
  • Prior recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment managing multiple roles is essential.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and LinkedIn Recruiter for candidate sourcing is required.
