About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Team Leader to join our team at Smiths News. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for planning and resourcing the warehouse operation to ensure pack accuracy of our products and efficient management of products to the department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate warehouse operations to meet business objectives
  • Manage and develop a team of warehouse staff to ensure high levels of productivity and efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant legislation and regulations
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions

About You:

  • Proven experience in warehouse operations or a related field
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
