Customer Service and Sales Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead our customer service and sales team as a Customer Service and Sales Manager.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the overall performance of the centre, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and sales growth.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Lead a team of customer service and sales professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer experiences.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and products.
- Monitor and analyse sales and customer data to inform business decisions.

You will also need to possess the right mindset, with a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences, drive for success, resilience in the face of challenges, and a sense of ownership and accountability.
