Job Title: Sales Director

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to join our team at Hooray Works Ltd. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing new sales strategies to achieve significant success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a robust sales strategy to drive business growth and revenue
  • Maximize existing relationships and develop new business opportunities in the facilities management and guarding security sectors
  • Hunt for new clients and contracts, designing and delivering proposals and presentations to secure new business
  • Consistently achieve agreed sales and revenue targets, setting your own sales strategy to generate short, medium, and long-term success
  • Work closely with the Bid Manager and other team members to drive business and win contracts

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of the facilities management and guarding security sectors
  • Exceptional sales ability, with a proven ability to develop new business and drive revenue growth
  • Resilience, tenacity, drive, and determination, with a strong desire to deliver exceptional results for clients
  • Excellent influencing and negotiation skills, with a highly professional and corporate approach
  • Energetic, driven, and highly tenacious, with a strong proven track record in sales
  • A clean driving license is essential, as a car or car allowance will be provided
  • The successful candidate will live within the South West or Midlands and have robust connections within the regional and local market
