About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join our team at The Highfield Company. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing a variety of projects across the steel fabrication industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Management: Manage projects from tender to completion, ensuring adherence to budget and schedule.
  2. Supply Chain Management: Oversee the supply chain to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  3. Client Liaison: Liaise with clients and other stakeholders to meet project requirements.
  4. Site Management: Coordinate site works and manage fitting contractors to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
  5. Process Improvement: Implement process improvements to enhance workflow efficiency.
  6. Reporting: Maintain communication with senior management through reports and updates.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 2 years of Projects/Contracts Management experience in steel fabrication and site work.
  2. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel & Word.
  3. Strong communication and organisational skills.
  4. Full driving license required.
