We are seeking an experienced and skilled Apprenticeship Contract Manager to join our team in Hammersmith. As a key member of our social housing contract team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality service to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the responsive repairs function to ensure consistent performance against targets.
  • Ensure high-quality service is provided with the management of work scheduling in accordance with company procedures, standards, and SLAs.
