Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Delivery Manager for Apprenticeships. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our internal apprenticeship processes, while being responsive to employer requirements and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure excellent customer service is delivered to learners and employers, as well as advice and guidance to academic colleagues.
  • Provide direction and line management to the Senior Apprenticeship Administrator(s), allocating resource to ensure consistent and effective service delivery.
  • Collaborate with a diverse array of internal and external stakeholders, managing a busy workload and complex network of stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve apprenticeship delivery and outcomes.

Requirements

  • Drive and passion for delivering high-quality apprenticeship programs.
  • Ability to negotiate and deliver a service that interacts with complex internal and external processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Working Arrangements

The successful candidate will be required to work a minimum of 2 days per week on-site, with one of those days being a fixed day at the University of Greenwich campus.
