We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the completion of projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standard of workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate the activities of subcontractors to ensure projects are completed efficiently.
  • Collaborate with design teams and clients to deliver projects that meet their requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to drive business growth.
  • Produce, analyze, and interrogate project programs to ensure timely completion.
  • Control projects within financial budgets and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Foster a culture of customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Office packages.
  • Current SMSTS qualification.
  • High level of Health & Safety Awareness.
  • Current First Aid and Scaffold Inspection Certificates.
  • Strong Communication Skills.
  • Experience in both refurbishment and new build projects.
  • IT literacy with good contract administration skills.
  • Able to demonstrate control and management of subcontractors.
  • Capable of programming projects and meeting program dates.
