Job Title: Site Operations Manager

Location: Covering the South West region, with occasional travel to Telford.

Job Type: Full-time

Hours: 08:00 - 17:00 Monday to Thursday, 08:00 - 16:00 Friday (1 hour lunch)

Job Purpose:
  • To manage and control customer supply only and supply & fit contracts on Doors and Windows, ensuring all projects meet agreed technical standards.
Key Accountabilities:
  • Manage a team of sub-contractors within allocated region.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, site, and appointed installers.
  • Ensure all projects meet agreed technical standards.
  • Responsible for audits and inspections for doors and windows.
  • High standard of communication internally and externally.
Key Experiences and Skills Required:
  • Knowledge and experience of both Social and New Build sectors.
  • Knowledge and understanding of relevant Window & Door legislation.
  • Provide a high level of employment history in Site Management.
  • Knowledge of installation of windows and doors.
Desirable Skills, Qualifications and Experience:
  • CSCS Card.
  • First aid at work.
  • SMSTS (preferred).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Problem solving and analytical thinking.
Performance Measures:
  • Accountable for meeting all targets, deadlines, and KPIs as agreed with Regional contracts manager.
  • Deliver projects without safety incidents, within timelines, and to budget.
