Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to join our team at SBC Telford. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing customer supply and contracts related to doors and windows, as well as handling minor adjustments on-site if needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a team of subcontractors in the designated area to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Act as the primary contact for clients, site, and appointed installers to maintain high-quality communication and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Ensure all projects comply with technical standards and regulations, conducting audits and inspections as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track project progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Contracts Manager to set and meet targets, deadlines, and KPIs.

Requirements:

  • Experience in both social and new build sectors, with a strong background in site management.
  • Familiarity with relevant window and door legislation, including CSCS Card, first aid certification, and asbestos awareness training.
  • Excellent people management skills, with the ability to delegate tasks and provide feedback to team members.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with the ability to effectively problem-solve and analyze situations.
  • SMSTS certification is preferred, but not required.

  • Proactive and results-driven, with a focus on delivering projects within schedule, budget, and without safety incidents.
