About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Manager to join our team at Hays Construction and Property. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage direct labour and subcontractors
  • Coordinate all site operations
  • Maintain accurate site records
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders
  • Undertake site audits and inspections

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in civil, mechanical, and/or electrical works within the water industry
  • Strong time management and leadership skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
