As a Principal Nuclear Safety Engineer - Technical Lead, you will play a key role in the delivery of technical engineering, safety case, and project management to major projects within the nuclear power generation sector.", "Key Responsibilities": "
\t* Lead the delivery of major safety cases
\t* Provide specialist technical input and advice to resolve complex problems
\t* Facilitate hazard identification and optioneering workshops
\t* Produce formal technical reports, safety cases, and other project deliverables on time and to budget
\t* Implement modifications to plant, including plant obsolescence assessments, authoring specifications for new equipment, reviewing design proposals, and producing design substantiation reports
\t* Support plant operability, including condition monitoring, identifying plant faults, supporting equipment reliability reviews, and reviewing maintenance routines
\t* Manage projects, project teams, and interfacing with clients
\t* Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical development of our growing nuclear team
\t* Support the development of wider company initiatives, such as industry networking and learning, developing training courses, and developing techniques and toolkits to deliver more efficiently
