Job Title: General ManagerWe are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our team at Wingstop UK - London. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.
- Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer experiences.
- Implement and maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.
- Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and improve overall performance.
- Minimum 12 months of management experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and increasing employee engagement.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
