At Wingstop UK - London, we are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will work closely with the General Manager to create a great working environment and influence your team members to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the General Manager to create a great working environment
  • Influence your team members to deliver an exceptional customer experience
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Manage and motivate a team of restaurant staff to achieve sales and customer service targets
  • Monitor and control costs to ensure profitability
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
Requirements
  • 6-12 months of management experience from a hospitality, leisure, or retail background
  • Customer and team-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Drive to gain knowledge and develop within a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to live the Wingstop values of being Authentic, with an Entrepreneurial approach, by having Fun and always being Service Minded
