Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and driven HR Administrator to join our team at Time Appointments. As an HR Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Human Resources function and ensuring the smooth operation of our HR processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • HR Administration: Provide administrative support to the HR team, including maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, processing employee data, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.
  • Employee Onboarding: Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, including drafting offer letters, contracts of employment, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
  • Employee Relations: Maintain positive employee relations by providing excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring that all employee queries and concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner.
  • HR Systems: Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR systems, including personnel files, absence records, and performance management systems.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Provide regular reports and analytics to the HR team and management, including employee turnover rates, absence rates, and other key HR metrics.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 1 year's experience in a Human Resources role, preferably in an administrative or coordinator capacity.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Education: Relevant qualifications in Human Resources or a related field.
