This position is centered on managing client relationships to enhance current partnerships while also concentrating on acquiring and nurturing new accounts within the Independent Free-Trade (IFT) sector, on-trade.

An ideal candidate will excel in relationship management, possess a track record of developing personalized strategies, and have the capability to promote our premium product range while being a dedicated brand ambassador.

The designated area encompasses

Wales

and involves close collaboration with our national and regional wholesale partners in the on-trade sector. A valid

UK driving license

is essential for this role.

The Role:
Embrace and represent our portfolio of well-known and iconic brands, acting as a true brand ambassador within your customer network.


Collaborate with existing on-trade IFT clients to uncover new opportunities and implement sales activations, enhancing distribution points and volume, thereby driving growth in AB InBev's market share within the National and Regional Wholesale account base.


Develop promotional strategies with clients to ensure AB InBev achieves optimal promotional engagement across categories and surpasses competitors in all key commercial metrics.


Take ownership of your territory, becoming an expert in the area and managing a variety of responsibilities effectively.

Formulate personal goals and action plans that align with the overall on-trade strategy.


Establish a robust network of internal and external relationships, including Head Office contacts, Wholesaler Salesforce, WKAMs, Technical Support, and colleagues.


Oversee, track, and manage listing fees and legacy loans (commercial investments) to safeguard and maintain your existing client base.

Engage in development initiatives that contribute positively to your colleagues and clients.

Generate and analyze reports to pinpoint areas for improvement and development for both individual and team performance.

Who We Are Looking For:
Experience in growing and developing accounts within the FMCG sector

A passion for the Beer and Food Industry

Experience in the hospitality sector (e.g., bar work, waiter/waitress experience) is preferred

A strong business acumen with the ability to analyze data metrics for informed decision-making

Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

Exceptional relationship-building and customer service skills - the ability to connect with diverse demographics

An ambitious individual eager to drive change and make a positive impact, with a commitment to personal growth.

Proficiency in computer applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

Flexibility with irregular working hours to be present during key periods on-premise (including some evenings and weekends)
