As a Clinical Team Leader at Elysium Healthcare, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating the quality and management of nursing care at Pinhoe View, a new purpose-built facility providing specialized services for adults with acute mental health conditions.

You will provide clinical leadership to a defined staff group, ensuring the safe and effective clinical and operational functioning of a defined unit. Your role will involve developing and creating an environment that supports competent, ethical nursing care.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing clinical leadership and guidance to staff
  • Developing and implementing strategies to facilitate effective communication pathways
  • Accountable for the safe and effective clinical and operational functioning of a defined unit
  • Providing support, guidance, and supervision to staff

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Relevant experience as a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Registered Nurse Mental Health (RNMH)
  • Professional training in a similar environment
  • Recognized mentorship certification and an NVQ Assessor Qualification
  • Administrative, planning, and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of organizational policies and procedures
