About the Firm:
Our client is a prestigious and highly regarded law firm, recognized as an 'Employer of Choice'. They are seeking a Senior Commercial Solicitor with a minimum of 10 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in Private Practice.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Commercial Solicitor, you will provide expert legal counsel and support to a diverse portfolio of esteemed global and national clients. Your role will encompass a wide range of commercial legal matters, including:

  • Drafting and negotiating distribution agreements
  • Managing agency agreements
  • Formulating general terms and conditions for goods and services
  • Exposure to competition law (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Understanding of data protection and privacy regulations

Qualifications and Skills:
To excel in this position, you should possess at least 10 years PQE as a Commercial Solicitor from a reputable law firm, with a solid foundation in the aforementioned areas. Essential skills include:
