As a Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for registering and qualifying potential buyers, generating and conducting viewings, and negotiating the sale of properties between vendors and buyers.
Key Responsibilities- Register and qualify potential buyers to ensure a smooth sales process
- Generate and conduct viewings to showcase properties to potential buyers
- Canvass to bring on new properties to our portfolio
- Negotiate the sale of properties between vendors and buyers to achieve the best possible outcome
- Prepare sales brochures to showcase properties in the best possible light
- Develop relationships and provide advice to buyers and vendors on a continual basis
- Book appointments and conduct viewings to ensure a seamless sales process
- Experience as a Sales Negotiator or a Trainee looking to get into the property industry
- Well-spoken with a good telephone manner
- Well-presented, ambitious, and self-motivated
- An excellent team player with a target-driven approach
- Must hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car
- A competitive salary package with a basic salary of £20,000 - £23,000 and an OTE of £30,000
