About the Role

We are currently recruiting for a Sales Negotiator to join our award-winning property recruitment team at Tate & Harriss. As a Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for registering and qualifying potential buyers, generating and conducting viewings, and negotiating the sale of properties between vendors and buyers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Register and qualify potential buyers to ensure a smooth sales process
  • Generate and conduct viewings to showcase properties to potential buyers
  • Canvass to bring on new properties to our portfolio
  • Negotiate the sale of properties between vendors and buyers to achieve the best possible outcome
  • Prepare sales brochures to showcase properties in the best possible light
  • Develop relationships and provide advice to buyers and vendors on a continual basis
  • Book appointments and conduct viewings to ensure a seamless sales process
Requirements
  • Experience as a Sales Negotiator or a Trainee looking to get into the property industry
  • Well-spoken with a good telephone manner
  • Well-presented, ambitious, and self-motivated
  • An excellent team player with a target-driven approach
  • Must hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car
