About the Role:
The Business Development Manager - Facades & Cladding Systems will be responsible for promoting a high-quality range of architectural metalwork & fabrication, including aluminium rainscreen cladding panels, facade systems, insulated panels, and aluminium pressing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development Manager position promoting a high-quality range of architectural metalwork & fabrication.
- Majority of time will be spent dealing with and selling to specialist facades, rainscreen & curtain walling sub-contractors.
- May have smaller interaction with main contractors and architects.
- Working on projects in both the residential & commercial market sector on projects such as hotels, universities, hospitals, hotels, office blocks, etc.
- Project sizes range from £20k-£1m.
Requirements:
- Must have field sales experience selling related systems, for example, cladding, facades, rainscreen, architectural metalwork, curtain walling, insulation, etc.
- Must have sold to specialist facades, rainscreen & curtain walling sub-contractors.
