Payroll Services Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Services Advisor to join our team at Tata Consultancy Services. As a Payroll Services Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring that their payroll needs are met efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Provide first-line support for payroll, HR administration, and associated written and verbal queries.
- Manage queries and requests through case management tools, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
- Record contact information with clients via case management tools.
- Participate in payroll processing and quality checks, ensuring compliance with UK legislation and company policies.
- Escalate complex queries and issues to senior payroll services advisors.
- Good knowledge of payroll processing and UK legislation, including Channel Islands.
- Expert knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Working knowledge of ITrent or any payroll ERP payroll processing tasks and navigation.
- Customer service, telephony, and case management experience, preferably with Genesys.
- Quality assurance standards and ability to deliver a great customer experience.
- Good analytical skills, with ability to break down problems and situations into their component parts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Well-organized and planned, with ability to schedule time effectively and use efficient work methods and tools.
- Detail-oriented, thorough, and focused on all aspects of the job to ensure accuracy.
- Teamwork skills, with ability to work with colleagues to achieve common targets and objectives.
