Location: Remote
We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Services Advisor to join our team on a fixed-term contract basis. As a Payroll Services Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring that their payroll needs are met efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line support for payroll-related queries and issues, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
- Manage and resolve complex payroll queries and issues, escalating to senior team members as necessary.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and delivery of payroll services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their payroll needs are met and exceeded.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of payroll services.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in payroll administration, with a strong understanding of UK payroll legislation and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex payroll queries and issues.
- Proficient in MS Office, with experience in payroll software and systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
